ESTHER MAYERS - PERSONAL CHEF

Originally from the East Coast of the USA, I am a private chef with years of experience cooking heimish, healthy and delicious food. My style is home-style, clean and tasty. I love to see color in my food and use whole foods, warm flavors and spices from Jewish cultures around the world. Trained as an apprentice to a macrobiotic chef, I have worked with families and clients with all types of dietary needs. I am comfortable cooking a creative vegetarian meal as well as meat lover’s delight. My main focus is always making the food taste great even when substitutions must be made. During your stay in Jerusalem, I can provide you with home cooked meals for family and friends or bring a whole Shabbat feast over on Friday morning. I promise it will be better than anything you find in Geula and will cost about the same. I can stock your pantry or fridge before you arrive or do shopping during your stay. I might also want some light foods to have in the fridge for an afternoon or midnight snack. Just let me know your tastes and I will give you a menu and a quote.
