THE LION is a beautiful apartment in the most desired neighborhood, Rehavia. It is located on Ha'ari street, the perfect place for those who want to enjoy a most comfortable and magnificent stay in Jerusalem, the capital of our nation. It is just a 3 minute walk from the President's House and the Jerusalem Theatre, 7 minute walk from the Great Synagogue, 15 minutes from the Ben Yehuda Pedestrian Mall and 25 minutes from the Old City and the Kotel. Easy and efficient public transportation is readily available.

There is a fully equipped apartment with all the amenities. It has 3 bedrooms, accommodating 6 people comfortably, a newly renovated full kosher kitchen with two sinks, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave and a deep freezer.

The apartment is situated on the second floor (in an elevator building). In addition to the bedrooms, there is a large living room and a balcony facing the garden at the quiet side of the building. The dining space can seat 8 people with ease. The apartment is equipped with free wi.fi, two cable TVs, one full bathroom and one half bath, a washing machine and dryer and an air conditioning/heating system – all for your convenience.

Remember we can always add 1 or 2 folding beds if necessary.                

There is a one-time $75 cleaning fee on all rentals.

There is a $10/day fee for: Water, Electric, Gas, Arnona, Vaad Habayit, Internet, Cable
