The Court Complex is located at HaCarmel 30, in historic Nahlaot a little haven in the midst of Jerusalem’s energy. One side of the building looks onto the bustling Agripas Street and the exciting Machane Yehuda market. The building was built in 1870, one of the first buildings to be built outside the walls of the Old City. There is a beautiful open courtyard in the center of the complex.                       
      
There are 5 different sizes of flats in the Court Complex. There are 35 sq m studio apartments, 36 sq m one-bedroom apartments, 45 sq m corner one-bedroom apartments with views on two sides, apartments with lofts to sleep 6 and 1.5 bedroom apartments.

There are central washer and dryer units for the whole complex that can be used for a small fee.

For people looking for American and European luxury in the heart of Jerusalem, look no further. The Court is a quiet building yet near all the excitement of the City Center.

There is a $75 one-time cleaning fee on all rentals.
