Hidden Away In One Of The Most Desired Areas, 20 Even Sapir, in Nahlaot is Zac’s Place. This railroad apartment is near the City center, bustling Mahane Yehuda - open market, central bus station, The Great Synagogue, Ben Yehuda - the pedestrian mall, Jaffa Road, The Knesset, Hebrew University and The Old City. The area has a mixture of religious and non religious. There are boutiques, shops and coffee houses.                       

This building has on the ground floor a large patio and serene garden area with table and chairs.  The Zac is quiet, although it is minutes away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. The flat is decorator furnished. It has everything necessary to guarantee a perfect vacation for the budget minded traveler.
                                                   
There is a fully equipped kosher kitchen. The 2 bedroom apartment sleeps 8 (85 sq. m).

Remember we can always add 1 or 2 folding beds if necessary.

The ZAC II ranges from approximately $850 - $900 per week.

There is a one time $75 cleaning fee on all rentals.

There is a $10/day fee for: Water, Electric, Gas, Arnona, Vaad Habayit, Internet, Cable
