The apartments are near the City center, bustling Mahane Yehuda - open market, central bus station, The Great Synagogue, Ben Yehuda - the pedestrian mall, Jaffa Road, The Knesset, Hebrew University and The Old city. The area has a mixture of religious and non religious. There are boutiques, shops and coffee houses.

The studios are decorator furnished. They have everything necessary to guarantee a perfect vacation. The Neria studios sleep between 2 to 4 per studio. There is a large shared kitchen and salon with cable TV. Some of apartments share bathrooms, some have private. 2 of the Studios have air, the rest have fans.
